A caricature depicts Rishi Sunak’s estate agent with black eyes, blood on her hands and a swastika band around her neck — and a headline, which reads: “Step aside Patel!!!! Britain’s most hateful home secretary. Cruella Braverman.” But is this a legitimate Time magazine cover?
